Account & Data Deletion

How to delete your account and synced data for Pramoul Tid Mue.

The “Pramoul Tid Mue” (ประมวลกฎหมายติดมือ) app is developed by MOSTECH INNOVATION CO., LTD.

If you have enabled sync (signed in with Google), you can delete your account and synced data in one of two ways:

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the app → “Settings” tab
  2. Go to “Sync”
  3. Tap “Delete all synced data” and confirm. This deletes all of your cloud data and signs you out immediately.

Option 2 — Request via email / LINE (if you cannot access the app)

Send us a request that includes the Google account email you used to sign in, to:

We will complete the deletion within 7 days.

Data that will be deleted

Your highlights, notes, bookmarks, reading history, and account information (email, name, user ID) stored in Google Firebase.

Retention period

Deleted data is removed from our systems immediately. Backup copies (if any) are deleted within 30 days — we do not retain your data after that.

Note:Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your device, but does not delete your cloud data — please use one of the methods above to delete your cloud data.
